Leadership Development

NKM is working with the senior leadership Federal, Corporations, and Local Governments agency to conduct 360 reviews and provide leadership  coaching. Approximately 20 leaders are participating in the program that utilizes the leadership development and high performance team tools to build and solidify requisite skills for promotion.

High-Performance Teams

We help improve the dynamics and communications between the company and its contractor by implementing customized solutions enabling the team to establish a long-term, positive working relationship and produce measureable high performance outcomes. Using our proprietary methodology, we will interview key staff from your organizations, facilitate team building sessions to rebuild trust, and established new working guidelines. Organization Capability

Using our organizational capability and leadership development NKM tools, we conducted a gap scan to determine the extent to which desired leadership skills were present, identified specific training needs and designed a highly experiential learning curriculum to fill gaps.

Coaching and Development

A mid-sized city government sought to build a community and culture of leadership and service commitment thro ughout each level of the City organization. NKM facilitated a series of meetings utilizing the individual effectiveness and leadership development tools to establish an internal leadership development program offering a fully-integrated leadership development process, including 360-feedback, individual coaching, classroom sessions, informal discussion groups, and action learning. Program participants have a deeper understanding of each City department and methods for collaboration.
